Roses And Lillies Wedding Cake

This is my first wedding cake. The bottom tier is a fruit cake, the middle: a vanilla sponge with buttercream and jam and the top tier is fruit. All three are covered in ivory regal-ice.

The floral sprays consist of cala lillies, roses, rose leaves and generic green leaves. To add a bit of glitz I added crystals and bear grass.

The board is also scattered with crystals.

To add a bit of drama, gold tulle was scattered draped around the cake stand, this matched the brides colour scheme on all the tables.

Hen Party Cake

I warned the bride to be that id get her some strippers at her party.... i didnt disapoint. This was a fun cake and went down a storm.

30th Cake

I like the simplicity of the design, it could be adapted for any birthday. The colours can be matched to any theme too.

70th Birthday

A 70th birthday cake for my great uncle John, he is a carpenter and is always on hand for a bit of DIY, so this cake seemed appropriate.

Twins 30th Birthday Cake

This is the cake I made for my husband and his twin brothers 30th. They are very different in their interests but both have their mother as their focus as she isn't very well at the moment, this is why i decided to put her at the centre of the cake. The left hand side has one twins interests and the right hand side is the other twin. Hence why it is such a jumbled set of objects. Anyway I think its great fun and it went down a treat!

A quick birthday cake!

My neighbour asked for a birthdday cake for her husband with only 10 hours notice! this is what i rustled up for her, any excuse to practice my smooth icing and im there.

Kids Castle Cake

I love making cakes for kids too, they are good fun as they arent as fiddly, this was for a 3 year old girl, so obviously the castle had to pink!
